As an organization, we help property managers and owners preserve the value of their properties with our building maintenance services that include:

·      Gutter and Downspout Cleaning

 

·       Pressure Washing

 

·      Fall Protection Safety Systems for high-rise window cleaning in compliance with OSHA/ANSI I.14 Window Cleaning Safety Standard.

The Right People

We serve people best by hiring the right people to fulfill the vision of our company. The right people on board do not need to be tightly managed or fired up. They are self-motivated by the inner drives to produce the best results, and to be part of creating something bigger than themselves. We are on a relentless pursuit of injecting talent into the veins of this company. The people we hire are not waiting around for something to happen; they make things happen!

We understand this simple truth: the right people will do the right things and deliver the best results of which they’re capable, regardless of the incentive system. The highest motivation always is to do the right thing for the company. Compensation is not the highest value. Consistently doing the right thing is the highest value to which we attain. A compensation system is not intended to get the right behaviors from the wrong people, but to get the right people on board in the first place, and to keep them there.

We define doing the right thing as doing what is best for our clients and doing what is best for the company. Without loyal clients and a continually improving company, there is no enjoyable work to be done. Doing the right thing means looking not only at our own interests, but also the interests of our clients and of the company, as delineated in the Strategic Vision. Doing the right thing also means if there is going to be a loss as a result of our service, it will not be a loss incurred by a the client. The company will take the loss.

Doing the right thing means having the freedom to do what is best for the client, regardless of the financial consequence. It means our number one goal is service, not profit. Profit is the result of serving.

By way of Creation, all people have an inherent equal value. But in the marketplace, people bring varying degrees of value to their surroundings and so are not equal. Therefore people are not the most important asset to our company. The right people are our most important asset because of the value they bring to the company and the marketplace. And where there is greater value, there is increase, creativity, productivity, profit and lasting wealth.

The right people are those who possess character attributes as primary, more than specific educational background, practical skills, specialized knowledge, and/or work experience. These traits are important, but they are secondary to character because skills can be taught much easier and for less cost than character qualities. Skills do not reveal the true person, as character, work ethic, basic intelligence, dedication to fulfilling commitments, and values do. People are willing to grow and mature in their person and character, as well as their professional contribution within our company

Our clients demand accurate information regarding the condition of and work on their properties. Therefore, we make every effort to earn future trust by accurately reporting past facts. We despise deception, and no amount of deception is tolerated in our company. That means that when someone fails to perform in a manner consistent with superior workmanship, integrity and sound ethics, they feel comfortable to report the truth, not fearing retribution. The better we become at living in the truth, the closer we come to living in reality. And, where people live in reality—there is individual freedom.

Communication  The communication process and the information conveyed is the life-blood of this organization. If this does not work effectively, the company will stumble and falter. Accountability  Accept the trust placed in us by our clients to properly serve their needs for their properties and be available to our clients when a problem arises.

 

Reporting  The utmost care and diligence is given to both the spoken and written word. Accuracy in our reporting is paramount in order to serve our clients with excellence.

 

Customer (Client) Service Devotion

The way to greatness in our company is through service. The way to greatness in the marketplace is through service. It is through service to others that Strategic Clean & Access is a market leader in our industry. The prime directive in our company is service, service, service. Consumers and business leaders are crying out for service and quality. We give it to them. If you want to be part of an organization that is going somewhere—stable, growing and setting a new standard—you will serve not only with your words but your deeds.

Therefore, every Team Member takes ownership for organizational problems. Every Team Member is customer service oriented. He or she realizes that everything she/he does and says is a direct reflection of the whole company. There is no passing the buck to someone else. When confronted by an unhappy client, the Team Member will assure the client that no matter the problem, we will take good care of them.

 Not every Team Member will have the authority to solve the client’s problem. But, they will assist the client in the manner demonstrated by this example: “Mrs. Client, I don’t have the capacity to fix your billing problem, but I want you to have a good experience with Strategic Clean & Access. May I have your name and phone number? I will pass it on to the office and someone will call you with a solution.”

 Strategic Clean & Access is reinventing small business practices in the Oregon and Washington markets. We are not limited to doing business as usual: mediocre, cut-throat, and undermining. But with the collective creativity of the Team, we pursue excellence in everything we do. Status quo will simply not exist in our company.

What our Team takes home other than a paycheck from this experience

Strategic Clean & Access is perceived by current and prospective Team Members as the company of choice for which to work. The Team Members are solutions to the relational breakdown in the marketplace. The company in itself is not the solution, but the individual Team Members who comprise the organization are the solutions to our clients and prospective clients problems. Our Team Members are aware that we welcome all complaints and problems as opportunities to serve the client when it really counts when we are (without additional compensation) correcting a problem and cheerfully. This is one reason Team Members are paid on commission. Since the company does not get paid for returning to a job done incorrectly, neither do the individuals performing the work get paid a second time; it is error that gives all of us an opportunity to truly serve our clients in an above-and-beyond manner.  Conversely, consistently superior work performed by our Team Members is recognized and remunerated.  

Team Members take plenty of opportunity to improve their person. They desire to be challenged and grow. Challenges first will be dealt with internally, through character-based curriculum and training, and/or professional and career training, as appropriate. The Team Members are some of the best-trained professional window cleaners in the industry. They never tire of learning to increase their skill, and imparting that skill to others who are in the organization.
